Refund Policy
We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however, should you change your mind for any reason then we will refund/exchange any items returned to us, either in store or via post providing all items(s) are in the original sealed packaging in an unworn/unused unopened condition.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
You must contact us direct prior to any return, if you fail to contact us for instruction prior to returning your items, we may refuse a refund.
We will not refund any postage costs where any item is returned without prior contact or instruction.
Any delivery fee(s) you were charged for your order will not be refunded.
For approved returns, please make sure you include your order confirmation email/delivery note/packing slip in your returns parcel with your name, contact number and order number.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Your return will be processed within 5 working days of our receipt as proven by tracking information
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Please be aware at very busy times such as Christmas/New Year and other holiday periods, this processing time may be extended by no more that 10 working days.
NOTE - It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds, this is beyond our control.
